Air Cloud Mattress: Universal And Comfortable
Air Cloud Mattress: Indoors And Outdoors
What is so special about an air mattress? Why it sometimes called a cloud mattress? Should you get the one? Well, air mattresses and air beds serve the same purpose as the normal mattresses and bed; the difference comes in some unique features the air furniture has.
First interesting thing about both air mattresses and air beds is their mobility and universal usage. You can use them anywhere you want and for any purpose you want. Since we talk about the air cloud inflatable mattress, we mean that it is very easy to store it or to carry around air-free, and inflate it when or where needed. If the air mattress comes with an electric air pump, the process of setting it up is often a matter of few minutes. The cloud structure of the mattress means that a person can comfortably sleep on it as if on a cloud.
Yet, before you buy this type of mattress there are things to consider. First of all where are you going to use it? If we talk about a home use, you can get a soft and pretty looking model that fits your home setting. If it is about a camping or outdoors, then you need an appropriate camping air mattress, which has a more durable structure and is normally thicker then a regular air mattress. A thicker material is required to protect the mattress from a bad placement over a sharp rock or coming in contact with other sharp objects to avoid puncture. A heavy puncture may lead to the complete loss of the mattress, as it will become non-repairable.
The next thing is about the mattress inflation options. Here, whatever method you choose will be reflected in the mattress total cost. There are self inflating air mattresses that come with built in electric pump but they will cost more than the mattresses you have to inflate manually. If you travel or use the air mattress rarely, and want to save some money on it, then go for a manually inflating mattress, otherwise choosing a self inflating one will save you time and nerves on frequent trips. Anyway, if your budget allows, check the air beds with powered air pumps included – they are much easier and more convenient to inflate and set up.
When you decided the purpose of the mattress and its inflating options, don’t forget about its size. Obviously, a bigger mattress will hold more people, but will cost more, will take more space while traveling, and will take more time to inflate, especially if you choose manual air mattress inflation. You can look at an air cloud deluxe air mattress, if you want an extra comfort during your sleep.
To conveniently accommodate two persons, or even three kids, you choose an air cloud king size air mattress; if you need a mattress for one person or two kids only, then an air cloud queen mattress will be a good choice. Don’t forget about weight restrictions, when purchasing an air mattress or bed (although air bed is usually able to carry more weight then a mattress due to its sturdier structure). These restrictions determine how much weight is OK until the mattress will start loosing its air. If you neglect these restrictions, the air loss can occur not only through the valve but by splitting at the seams, which will gradually ruin the mattress.
If your children sleep on the air mattress, keep an eye on them, because kids love to bounce on it and can injure themselves or spoil or puncture the mattress.
